The Vocational Graded Syllabus consists of Intermediate Foundation, Intermediate, Advance Foundation, Advance 1 and Advance 2, and comprises only Classical Ballet and Pointe Work.
These syllabuses are physically and technically demanding, and strength work must be focused to gain strength and avoid injuries.

This plan includes:

• 1: 1 Weekly syllabus classes with Theresia for a month, one class is pointe based.

• Advise/hacks/tips in details for every RAD syllabus exercises.

• Access to online syllabus exercises, based on your current syllabus.

• 2 X Online discussion / class for up to 20 min.

• RAD Examination registration and preparation.
